Upon arriving with two cars for service I was immediately offered a loaner car for the duration of the service requirements. About two hours later I was given a phone call with items that had to be serviced /repaired on the vehicles and the the estimates. This was followed up with an email outlining the various costs etc. I was given a call when the first car was ready, within the time frame given in the email. I was given a time when the second car should be ready, that time was met. When presented with the invoices, there we no surprises as they were exactly in line with the estimates. The work performed on the vehicles I can only say, was more than satisfactory. Thank You.

Hello everyone - updating my 5 start review so it current - cant say enough about how pleased i am AGAIN with Mark's Auto Service - just brought my Hummer H2 for another quick fix - great experience as always! I've actually switched from my previous mechanic to Mark's Auto Service because of the quality of service and fair pricing. They have loaner vehicles and online diagnostic reports sent to your phone with color photos - you can see what needs to be done, what is suggested to be done and what does not need to be worked on. Very convenient setup for people on the go like myself Everyone I've dealt with there is polite and professional - Mark is great and will take the to meet with you when needed and he gets his hands dirty too - he's not just a pretty face behind the brand - mechanics are solid and friendly, then there is Paul - runs the show up front and ensures you are well looked after. Quick tip: they love coffee Thanks guys!

Thank you very much, Miguel, for the positive review and trust! At Mark's Auto Service we strive for quality and fairness, and we're pleased this was your experience. We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to Dan, as well! Thanks Miguel!

I had been unhappy with the last Auto repair shop I was using, after it changed hands, and the new Owner attempted to convince me that he "had" to do "a little extra" work on my truck, so he just added it onto the bill after I had authorized the first total he had given me. That didn't go well for him! A year later, since the weather had turned pretty cold, doing the repair myself was an option, but not one I was very excited about in December. I had lost my indoor space to complete the repair, and I knew exactly what needed to be done, so I checked out the reviews of Oakville Auto Services. I read a number of reviews of Mark's. I was actually a little skeptical of all the glowing reviews. To me it seemed a little to good to be true. After all, who is happy to hand over money, in order to keep their vehicle going? Its more of a sad time to part with un-planned expenses. I had a list of a few Auto shops I would go to, and check out the vibe I got from them myself. I saved Mark's for last, as they had the best reviews, and I wanted a little comparison. By the time I got there, it was close to the end of the day, and I figured I had an easy out, if I didn't like the place. First off Google maps had me turn down the road beside the shop, and when you follow the map, you can't see Mark's sign. A Hint... stay on Wyecroft Rd. don't turn on Weller Crt. As I said I knew exactly what I needed, so I was not interested in the "up sale" I got from the 2 previous Auto shops I had visited. I was surprised that another reviewer had mentioned the smell of Mark's, saying that it did NOT smell like an Auto shop... I mean, who comments on that? But because I had read it, I was very aware of the cleanliness of that shop. (Nice touch guys! Good job keeping that up!). The service advisor Paul, was very friendly. The kind of guy who has been around long enough to know if you treat a Customer well, you will have one for life. He was relaxed, knowledgeable, and an all around friendly guy. Within a few sentences he understood exactly what I needed, and what I wanted. No bull sh-t, no up sell, None of the; Let me check you blinker fluid level crap that seemed to have followed me all day! Paul went out of his way to find the best deal on the part I needed, sadly, the part we ordered did not fit, so they had to order from the dealer. But hey, he tried to get me the best price! As with the past 2 years the uncertainty of what will come our way reared up, and I was called into work un-expectantly. I could not pick up my truck on the day I stated I would, and called Paul to tell him I was in a bit of a bind. I explained what happened, and without hesitant Paul set up the delivery of my vehicle to my house. I was blown away! He did not have to do that, but he did it on his own accord. I have to say, Paul; Respect to you Sir! I did not get the chance to meet the owner. However, Mark B. You must be a conscientious owner, you obviously built your team with caring, skilled and knowledgeable staff. This is rare today. You should be very proud of the service you provide. If you are looking for a good, safe place to bring your vehicle, I would skip the rest, and drive directly to Mark's.
