I had my wheel alignment recently completed at Mark's, and they did a great job. I had a specification request, where a previous shop wouldn't complete because it was out of the "green" for their references. Paul was great, where he asked why, understood, and just let me know that Mark's won't take responsibility for any uneven tire wear, etc.. I was fine with that. Also, my steering wheel was nicely centred when the car was returned, as it should be. I was pleased, as I've had a few shops/dealerships return the car with an off-centre wheel before.
