My first time taking my Mini Cooper to Mark's Auto Service. Michelle at the front desk is extremely welcoming, and Mark himself is always at the shop, whether dealing directly with customers, helping out in the garage and even shuttling customers where they need to go. They emailed a detailed list of the work that needed to be done, including photos taken of the actual areas of my car, and Michelle walked me through everything over the phone. I'm extremely glad I've found a local shop that I can trust to be honest, reliable and efficient. 5 stars.

I have been a satisfied customer of Marks Auto Service for over 22 years. The work performed on my vehicles have always been done to my satisfaction. The master mechanic Steve, performs any maintenance needed with precision and integrity. He even invites me to look at the damaged parts he replaced. The service managers that have worked there, are very knowledgeable about parts and products and cost. I have and still recommend Marks Auto the service to family and friends.
