Good Mechanics can be hard to find, but I feel my search is over after finding Marks. From the great customer service at the front desk to the fair pricing and excellent mechanics I was very impressed. I took my car in knowing that there were some issues and after the fast and thorough inspection I was given a very detailed report via text/email. It not only showed pictures of of my own engine/parts etc, but also their function which is especially helpful for those not as knowledgeable about cars. They broke down the findings into 3 categories. Areas that they felt needed to be addressed immediately, things that were important but could wait and the parts that were good. There was zero pressure to move forward with anything and the receptionist, who is very knowledgeable, was able to answer any questions on the spot. The last nice touch was that they had a picture of the mechanic as well as their accreditation. For me this is huge! It puts a face to the work being done on your car which helps personalise the experience, especially when you are spending larger amounts of money. You know who your doctor is, makes sense you know the person helping to keep your car healthy as well! While I don't hope to be back anytime soon for mechanical issues, I know if I do need anything I will be in good hands!
