First time at Mark’s. Was able to get an appointment in short order on date and time that worked for me. Staff explained what they were going to do and asked for my approval before proceeding. The repair was done quickly and reasonably priced and I was back on the road in no time. All the staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely come back. Friendly and competent - what more could anyone ask for!

Had a great experience with Mark's auto service. I had a destroyed tire and a dead battery. Erwin and Paul took care of my Rav4; charged the battery and swapped tires to ensure I safely make it to my home with the spare tire on. In addition to this Erwin took the extra step to see what caused the tire issue, washed the salt off my vehicle and advised on what best practices are applicable for my vehicle. Also this incident happened randomly on my way to work, so I was very impressed they were able to help right away. I highly recommend anyone their auto service!
