I got a very detailed estimate, showing all work proposed, and the reason why the work was needed. Mark managed to do the work (quite a bit) right away and I got my car back the next day! I had a loaner in the meantime. I learned of Marks Auto Service as a referral from a friend of mine. I will certainlty pass his name to friends of mine in the Oakville area!

Can't speak highly enough about the team at Mark's Auto!! I have been looking for another shop in East Oakville as the one my family had gone to for decades recently closed down; I am so relieved to have finally found somewhere. My only regret is not trying them out sooner!! They went above and beyond to help me out with a last-minute appointment before the long weekend, and their communication, level of service, friendliness, attention to detail, welcoming environment, and stellar customer service totally won be over! Hands down the best shop experience I've had. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon!
