I received outstanding service at Mark's Auto when I took a vehicle there for a pre-purchase mechanical inspection. They took the time to walk me through every aspect in detail and while I was waiting a longtime customer called just to say their cat had died, so clearly they have a dedicated customer base. Mark's had more patience and warmth than I've found at most dealerships I've been to.

The service at Mark's was very efficient and helpful. I appreciated the information provided and how it was provided with photos which allowed us to make the decisions we needed for our repairs in a positive way.
