Excellent Service. All the service concerns I had with my vehicle were checked out by the service team at Marks Auto Service and repaired. I received a full report(both in person when I picked up my car and in a printed checklist format on my detailed invoice) of their findings from their seasonal maintenance inspection and was informed of any follow-up recommended by their professional staff. Items I chose to defer were noted with recommended time frame and estimates. The Owner, Mark and front staff, Amore and Sandy,were very friendly and customer service oriented. They greeted me by name and took the time to walk me through everything they did to my vehicle. They even texted me to let me know my car was ready early. My car was even hand washed and ready for pick up as promised!
