Jan. 18/16 As usual, the entire process was professional, thorough, and done on time. My options were explained. Some non critical work was deferred so that it could be performed at a later date in conjunction with other work in order to reduce overall cost. I like that... This was my first visit to Mark's Auto Service and I was completely impressed. They provided me with a car to drive to work so there was no disruption to my busy schedule and they diagnosed the issue quickly and the repair was done within the same day. They even provided one of the services at no charge....something you never see in the car repair business! I will definitely return to Mark's Auto Service the next time I need a repair or maintenance.
