Truck is running great and very quite and smooth when idling.

Had an oil change and etest, service was fast and friendly, waiting room was clean and warm. Car was given a quick vaccum which I really appreciate as a busy mom. Thanks Mark's!

Unexpected honesty. In a world driven by earnings and profits it's refreshing to encounter an establishment that presents service and repair recommendations that favour the pocketbook of the consumer. I dropped off an old company truck for fluid leak repairs and was discouraged from proceeding because the attempt to repair might result in a cascade of collateral repairs costing many hundreds of dollars. Truly grateful for the insight that eventually led me to abandon any work on the truck and remove it from my fleet. Saved a bundle. Bought another vehicle to replace it instead.
