I wasn't familiar with a lot of the repair shops in Oakville, so I sent messages to a handful of them to see how they compare. Mark's got back to me in good time and was the only one to actually answer all of my questions on the first go. When I got to the shop they gave me an estimate before repairs were even started, the service was great and the perks were unexpected and pretty good too (discounts for booking online and loyalty programs). In the end I got the car back 4 hours earlier than estimated, and at a cheaper price. Definitely a good experience!
