Good service Thanks

The battery in one of our service vehicles decided it no longer wanted to co-operate. Our service tech was shut down and another call waiting. I Googled 'mechanics in Oakville' and found Mark's Auto Service. I called and explained to Mark that I am in need of either a battery or an alternator. He did suggest they were quite busy but, understanding the type of business we are in, I should have it sent over and he will 'fit us in'. From the time the tow truck showed up on site, towed us to Mark's Auto Service, received the (honest - battery only) quotation for repair and the vehicle was released; it was only 2 hours - total. Where can you find better service? 5 stars all the way!

I was a first time customer. I went to Mark's Auto Service after looking it up on the internet and reading a number of positive reviews. They were not exaggerated. I was impressed with the friendly, efficient and professional service I received. I was shown the worn out parts and every question I had was answered and explained. Just loved the treatment I received. To paraphrase a famous actor....I'll be back!!!

Taking a car in for service always means it will cost. So of course it is always a stressful situation and I don't speak mechanic language. But I have to say Mark really goes the distance in explaining things. I have been a customer for a couple of years, Mark honours the warrantee on his service and always tries to find the best solution, the reward program is excellent. Great customer service.

It was my first time to come to Mark's auto service. I had my Toyota Corolla 2004 for an AC repair. I can only write positive words about my experience. The waiting area looks organized and spotless: free coffee, magazines, music, clean washroom etc. I was in a hurry and Mike offered my a loaner car free of charge. I could perform my daily routine without any interruption. The car was ready exactly on the clock when I showed up for pick up. I decided to switch from having my '04 Corolla serviced here from now on instead at the dealership...I know I should have made the move earlier, but it was hard to find such a highly trustable service as Mark's auto service. I highly recommend this place. Here I have found professional service, superior quality service at fair prices and most importantly transparency, up-front explanations and no excuses just high precision delivery and dependability.
