I have been to many different mechanic shops before but this one is like no other. Mark is amazing and makes sure he explains everything throughly. I had some serious problem with my vehicle. I had previously taken it to another mechanic who diagnosed the problem. I paid a $500.00 bill only to take my vehicle home and find the same problem occurring. When I spoke to Marks Auto, they assured me that they could repair the issue and that they were familiar with the Chrysler vehicles. I have picked up my car and I have had no further symptoms of the same problem at all. There are good mechanics and there are skilled and knowledgeable mechanics.
