I stopped by Mark's Auto Service when I first heard a worrisome rattle under my car hood. Our family was heading to Florida the next week so I wanted to make sure it was in good shape to go. Mark's technician took my car for a test drive and within a few km of the shop he pretty well diagnosed the problem.
