I was very impressed with the staff at Mark's Auto Service. We took our vehicle into Mark's Auto Service because of a engine warning light coming on. Mark's technician completed his inspections and gave sent us an e-mail with a very detailed report which included photographs of the auto parts that required maintenance or repair along with a maintenance schedule so we would know when to expect our next routine oil change and tire rotation etc. In addition to the report being emailed to us, Mark personally contacted us to provide detailed information about estimates for repairs and when we could expect to pick up our car. I commend the staff at Mark's Auto Service for taking the time to familiarize us with our car's service needs. thank you
I got the service I expected and a bit more. My service was done on time and within the estimated cost. I know what other service is suggested and so I can schedule this at a time that works for me. I was also given an estimated cost of this service. Great service. Polite and helpful.

I dropped into Mark's without an appointment because my right front tire seemed to be very low. The garage was very busy but Mark took his time to check it, found a nail and repaired it. I would probably not have gotten home without his assistance.
