I have been a customer of Mark's Auto Service since they opened their shop and have always been impressed with their consistent high level of customer service, knowledgeable service advisors and technicians, provide top notch services - preventative maintenance and repairing my vehicle, solving those unknown "noises and knocks" and their willingness to help their customers understand their automotive needs. I appreciate the personal level of service -- When I walk in the shop I am always greeted personally by name by whoever is working at the front desk -Amory, Mark, Steve, Sandy, Adrian and the rest of the team . The reception area is clean and welcoming. They go above the call of duty and return my car after being serviced freshly washed and always go over the estimate and bill for services. Service is completed according to our discussion at the time of the estimate and within the time frame. If I'm having a car problem I know I can call them from my car, explain the problem and they'll book me in as soon as possible and provide assistance and advice. I highly recommend Mark's Auto Service for all your automotive needs! It's also nice to know that Mark's Auto Service supports the community and has collected toys for the Christmas Toy Drive and supported other charitable fund raisers. Just had my Drive Clean test done. I was able to book an appointment and was in and out in no time. Maury and Mark were very friendly and Maury gave me some helpful tips about keeping my Nissan going even longer.

I have depended on Mark's Auto Service for years and cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire staff is friendly, professional, knowledgable and trustworthy. They are very female patron friendly and have always listened to what I had to say, try to keep my costs down, are very fair and of course, the added bonus of a loner car is a great thing as well. All these things are important to me. They are a wonderful auto repair company and I would not hesitate to recommend them which I have in the past. They should be very proud of their service.

Very trustworthy and reliable work. I totally trust Marks to do both big and little jobs. They have excellent customer service. And I love having the option of using their loaner car, getting a shuttle ride home or just waiting until the job is done.
