My family have been having our cars serviced at Mark's for many years. He is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and I'm always confident that he's doing the work that needs to be done, no more and no less. I'd highly recommend bringing your car here.

This was my first visit at Mark's, for a 4 wheels alignment on my VW Touareg. Reviews on different forums recommended Mark's as my first choice, not only because he is an excellent professional, but he also has a passion for Volkswagen. As it proved out, suspension on Touaregs is sophisticated and can be challenging, but Mark took his time to complete the alignment job as close to perfection as possible. Now all the angles are within manufacturer's specifications. I hope time will prove it too and that I'll be happy with my tires for another 80.000 Km or more. Thanks to the entire team for the great experience.

From talking to Mark and scheduling an appointment to the service advisors preparing a quote and the final bill matching the quote the customer service is exceptional. I really like the customer loyalty card. First time customer. Now a loyal customer.
