Unexpected honesty. In a world driven by earnings and profits it's refreshing to encounter an establishment that presents service and repair recommendations that favour the pocketbook of the consumer. I dropped off an old company truck for fluid leak repairs and was discouraged from proceeding because the attempt to repair might result in a cascade of collateral repairs costing many hundreds of dollars. Truly grateful for the insight that eventually led me to abandon any work on the truck and remove it from my fleet. Saved a bundle. Bought another vehicle to replace it instead.
Good fast service, caught an item I wouldn't have known about until it caused a lot of frustration (needed new battery).

Mark greeted me at the counter. He was very courteous and professional. His mechanic was also polite. I did not have to wait long for the Drive Clean Test of my car to be done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.
