Marks Auto Service provides an Early Bird / Nite Owl Service – a convenient after-hours vehicle drop-off service. We understand that sometimes our customers’ schedules may not permit them to come to us during our normal business hours. Our Early Bird / Nite Owl Service is the solution that meets our customers’ busy schedules.
To use this convenient service is easy! Simply bring your vehicle to our auto repair shop location. We have a Key Drop safety drop-box near our entrance. Fill out the form and seal your car keys with the form in the envelope, then drop the envelope through the drop-box slot. This box is secure and can only be accessed by our staff. One of our service advisors will contact you after we open to confirm your service or repair request.

24-Hour Nationwide Roadside Assistance
We care about our customers, no matter where they are. This is why we offer a FREE 24-Hour Nationwide Roadside Assistance program as part of our Rewards Card program. You should carry your Marks Auto Service Rewards Card with you at all times, in case you ever need to use our Roadside Assistance. (You must have your Rewards Card with you in order to request Roadside Assistance.)
Our Nationwide 24-Hour Roadside Assistance program provides assistance in the event of an emergency; it offers help for the most common roadside emergencies like towing, fuel or water delivery (up to $75.00 per year/per vehicle).

Local Shuttle Service
Dropping your car off with us for the day and need a ride? When you make an appointment or come in for service, just mention that you need a ride. We will drop you off at any location – home, work, or anywhere you need to go. When your vehicle is ready, we will call you and if you need a ride back to our shop, we will come pick you up!
Our Local Courtesy Shuttle Service is for drop offs and pick ups for locations within Oakville. If you need a temporary vehicle for the day, ask us about arranging a complimentary loaner vehicle for you.
